This unit is a walk-out, lower level of a home that has an additionally rented Airbnb space on the main floor. This unit has a private patio, free street parking (for one vehicle) There is a fire pit & a BBQ pit on your private patio, fenced yard (for your pup & kids). You will have your own entry, private bath, two sleeping areas, kitchenette w/ table & two chairs. The shaded yard has a table & several chairs. There are 8 stairs, with motion detector & solar lights on the steps to your uni The space Whether you are just passing through St. Louis or coming in to our area for skiing at “Hidden Valley”, a concert at “The Factory” or visiting family, you’ll find the location of this home just perfect! It’s just minutes off of three major interstates. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. that’s minutes from restaurants, shopping, skiing, hiking, biking, etc. You’ll enjoy the spacious backyard, if you bring your pup with you. No furbabies? Then, just relax and enjoy your shaded, quiet, backyard. This is the lower level of a home with another Airbnb space on the main level. There’s no shared interior areas and no access between the two units. This unit has a queen bed, a full-size bed and a twin bed. The twin bed is in a unusual space, but still offers privacy We hope to host you and show you our beautiful city and all the activities here for you and your family. Guest access You will be able to access the space by going down the hand laid stone, lighted staircase to the back of the home. There are approximately eight steps to get down to your private entrance. A digital code lock is on the door. You’ll get your specially assigned code with your check in instructions. There are motion detector lights in the carport and on the stairwell to light your way if you arrive after dark. Other things to note Be aware of your noise level as an additional Airbnb guest may be staying in the unit on the main floor. Think of this as an apartment setting . Also, we only have room for ONE car in front of the house. Please park your car facing east, on the curb, in front of the house. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, please park it at the shopping center at the bottom of the hill or at the nearby Reber Park. Note: The electrical panel is behind a bird picture by the big window near the queen bed. If a breaker should throw, please access the panel to reset the breaker. This can happen on rare occasion when multiple electrical kitchen units are in use. We like to conserve energy, so we ask that you turn off all lights and turn off any electrical appliances , when you are away from the home. We request no burning if any candles inside the unit.We do allow pets with a $25/per pet fee/per reservation . You may pay by leaving cash on the counter or I can request it thru the AirBnB app. Please bring “poop baggies” & pick up after your pup, in consideration of our next guests.
