We offer temporary rentals of private rooms in shared houses, fully furnished and equipped, ready to live with young students from all over the world. The house has shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a washing machine, and a terrace with a grill. The space A shared house in the heart of Palermo, with 8 private rooms with double beds, to live the co-living experience with young students from all over the world. Fully equipped and furnished house, ready for monthly stays, with all services included. Ideal for exchange students, unbeatable location, and everything designed to live comfortably and study quietly. Guest access Each guest will have their own access key to the house and their private room. Your room has a double bed, with all the corresponding bedding, bedside table, closet, desk with chair and light, and its own balcony. It also includes a fan and electric heating. In the common areas, there is a study space, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, with 2 refrigerators, oven, microwave, kettle, utensils, pots, and everything you need. A washing machine and cleaning supplies are also available. Large bath towels are NOT included. For hygiene reasons, those towels are the responsibility and property of each guest. We only provide one "hand" towel in each bathroom. But towels are NOT provided for each guest. Other things to note Includes cleaning staff, 2 or 3 times a week. And it also has maintenance personnel, for any inconvenience that may arise. In some common areas, such as the house door and the terrace, there is a security camera, which only the administrator accesses, to take care of the house and the guests.
