It is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The space At 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths, Binimar can accommodate up to 6 guests willing to be captivated by their warm home. The magical whiteness of its walls allow you to appreciate much more the light coming from the garden and the splendid pool. Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a bright and cozy atmosphere. The master bedroom awaits you with a comfortable double bed and a private full bathroom for your maximum comfort, providing you with the ideal space for relaxing and resting after a day of exploration. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and share a full bathroom with shower. All of them have ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable temperature during warm summer days. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the spacious, bright living room invites you to meet your loved ones and enjoy unforgettable moments together. From the living room you will have direct access to the porch and the private pool. There you can refresh on the hot days and enjoy the Mediterranean climate in total privacy. On the terrace, you will find outdoor furniture, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors and spend unforgettable moments by the pool. In addition, the sunbeds are waiting for you to relax and enjoy the sun as you contemplate the views of the surrounding landscape. We look forward to seeing you! Guest access The Binimar villa is totally private. You will not have to share it with other guests. Other things to note - By regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which entered into force on December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist fee before arrival at the accommodation. This measure is for security reasons and applies to all tourist apartments in Menorca. - Tourist tax is not included in the total amount (€2.20 person per day). - To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team comes twice a week. This maintenance is essential for you to make the most of the villa. Visits are brief, discreet and only outdoors. We always give at least 24 hours' notice.
