Vail's grocery store, pharmacy, and other essentials are a short drive from the home. Guest access This is a private residence. Guest has private access to the entire house. RENTAL SUV: Do you need a rental car? Offered to LIV8150 guests is a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My team will have it waiting at your residence or the Eagle Airport. Daily rental rate varies by time of year. Please ask Jessica if interested. Other things to note *This house is very vertical. While it has a residential elevator, all renters should be willing and able to use the stairs. *This house does not have air conditioning. Most mountain homes do not have a/c. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for warm temps inside the house during summer months. *LOCATION NOTE: There is a large construction project happening next-door.
