The space Our fully stocked home is the perfect base camp for your Pagosa Springs adventures! It has all the comforts and amenities of home in an ideal location convenient to all the Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area has to offer. We are located just minutes from a grocery store and just over 10 minutes from downtown. The home was completed at the end of 2022 and has all the niceties of a new home! The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We comfortably sleep 10. Our home is comfortable, clean, new, and fresh! The high-end finished, new furniture and linens give it a refined yet relaxed feeling. On the first floor you are welcomed into an inviting living space that is open to the kitchen. The stone fireplace with a large smart TV keeps you warm and cozy while the bright windows let in all the Colorado light. The kitchen has a six burner stove, open shelving, and an island with seating so everyone can be a part of the action during your get away. The kitchen is stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite meals in the chef’s-dream kitchen. There is a dining table for 8 as well. Downstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a king-sized memory foam mattress. The master bath is spa-like with heated floors, a separate soaking tub, a walk-in shower with three shower heads, and a large closet for storage. In addition, you will find a large laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryers and a mudroom with space to hang your jackets, a bench, and cubbies for shoe storage. Upstairs there is a second living space with a couch and smart TV. There is another bedroom with a king-sized memory foam mattress as well as another bedroom with a queen-sized memory foam mattress. In addition, there is a “bunk room” with another queen sized memory foam mattress as well as a twin bunk bed also with memory foam mattresses! There is also a curtain installed between the beds for added privacy. All bedrooms have black out shades as well just in case you want to sleep in! The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity with a shower/tub combo. Once you step outside, you will find a charming wrap around porch and a table and chairs that accommodates. 4 people. There is plenty of space for taking in the clean Colorado air! Enjoy listening to the breeze blowing through the trees as you daydream on the porch after a long, fun-filled day!
