Large vacation home with charm & on the slopes

Casa Pistur: over 200 m²; over 230 years old; top location; continuously and lovingly modernized. Large modern kitchen with sitting area, well-equipped bathrooms, spacious sauna with relaxation corner, very large terrace (60 m²); Weber grill; granite table and benches, TV/surround sound, fitness equipment, LAN/WLAN/cable TV. Two soapstone stoves; a lot of space in 2 lounges. 4 cozy bedrooms with 9 beds; 2 showers/toilets + one toilet; several furnished office workstations and quiet/game corners. The space We love our second home in Disentis and have already enjoyed many beautiful moments in Casa Pistur. Since the children and other family members are no longer in Disentis so often, we find it a pity to leave such a beautiful house empty. Therefore, we have decided to make the house available to careful and responsible guests. We bought the house in 2004 and were often in Disentis with our 2 children as well as Stefan's sister and her 3 children in winter, spring, summer and autumn as well as on various weekends. We know the area very well in both winter and summer. The house has been lovingly renovated and expanded to a high standard without changing the original character of a 230-year-old farmhouse. It is well insulated. The two soapstone stoves are fired with wood and provide a cozy atmosphere. In addition, there are 5 electric storage ovens (contain fireclay bricks, are heated at night with low tariff). The house is cozy and warm. Accordingly, we ask for appropriate care in handling. We also ask for responsible handling with regard to heaters, soapstone stoves, candles and the like. Please extinguish candles and let the fire burn down in the soapstone oven before leaving the building. Guest access Practically the whole house is at your disposal. Since we also regularly take vacations in Disentis, 2 bedrooms are closed off (the house has a total of 6 bedrooms!). The pantry, part of the garage and part of the cellar (wine cellar) are also closed off. Other things to note We want to keep everything as simple as possible, so many things such as spices, oil/vinegar, also some sugar, salt, flour, etc. are freely available. You can also use printers, paper, pens, etc. Our request would simply be to refill when something is used up. Many thanks.
