This unit is rented out as well. → Pest control: Although we always hope you do not see any during your stay, Palmetto bugs are native to tropical climates like Florida, are a chronic problem for Florida homeowners and are impossible to completely eradicate. To keep them out of the home, we have the property professionally sprayed routinely for this exact reason as they often like to seek refuge inside the home when it rains. While this drastically reduces the chance of you seeing a Palmetto bug in the home, the chance of you seeing one is not zero. Please do not take this as a sign that the house is dirty or infested—it is minor and unavoidable tradeoff for living in a tropical climate, unfortunately. →We love to allow 1 well behaved dog per stay for an additional, non-refundable $125 fee. You must add your pet to the reservation when booking. You must pick up and throw away all feces. Pets cannot be on any of the furniture, and cannot be left alone in the home for any reason. → Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
