Lovely 2 bedroomed double fronted stone cottage situated in the sought after village of Silkstone on the edge of the Peak District. It is perfectly placed to explore the surrounding area either on foot, bike, car or easily accessible public transport. We’re striving to create a boutique style cottage with thoughtful appointment throughout, creating a comforting retreat to escape the demands of daily life. The space The cottage comprises a generous lounge and good sized kitchen with small dining area to the ground floor. Upstairs is a double bedroom with King size bed, 50 inch smart tv and fitted sliding wardrobes. There is a single bedroom with a small built in wardrobe. The spacious bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower cubicle. Parking is available immediately in front of the cottage. Guest access The entire place is solely for guests access Other things to note The cottage doesn't have a garden but serves as a great base for exploring the area. Pleasant walks are almost on the doorstep with the Silkstone Waggonway footpath starting straight opposite the cottage. Parking is almost always available immediately in front of the cottage.(See photo) There is a small Asda supermarket with Petrol Station around a 3 minute walk from the cottage for those essentials.
