In the cul-de-sac of a pretty hamlet, the accommodation is located in a residence of small adjoining chalets, surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain chalets.  The space You will appreciate the calm and inspiring panorama in the cocooning atmosphere of this little haven of peace, open to a green space, well arranged, functional and comfortable.  With an area of 41 m2, the fully renovated apartment includes on the ground floor, a terrace and a veranda that leads to the main room with equipped kitchen (combined oven/microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue machine, picnic kit, BBQ grill...) a dining area, a seating area with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, an independent bedroom with a double bed. On the terrace in the summer season in spring, in summer, deckchairs, a parasol await you to relax in front of the landscape. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed. At your disposal, a travel crib, a high chair for baby and a potty for the little ones. You can easily park directly behind the building. Just 5 minutes from the cottage, you can stroll and picnic around the small pond of Ticou surrounded by its forest and enjoy throughout the year the many hikes and bike rides and outdoor activities nearby: hot baths, via ferrata, climbing, canyoning... At the Pyrénées 2000 resort, find all the amenities for shopping, including a large supermarket at prices equivalent to those outside the resort. For your linens (sheets, bath kits) you can rent them from the Cimes concierge. The kits are to be collected at the Font-Romeu or Bolquère agency.
