Our peaceful and centrally-located home is located only minutes from restaurants, shopping, SUNY Plattsburgh and only 25 minutes from Lake Champlain. Montreal, Lake Placid, Burlington Vt and many High Peaks hiking trails are within a 60 minute drive. Our single-family home sits on the banks of the Saranac River in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. After a day enjoying the Adirondacks, soak in the two-person hot tub, bbq your favorite meal or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the river. The space Two bedrooms, seasonal sunroom, bath with handicap shower, comfortable living and dining room for party of four and kitchen with wall to wall windows facing the river. Two outdoor decks for enjoying the calming river noises. If you’re a professional fisherman competing locally, our side lot can accommodate your trailer/boat.
