The space The independent studio of Casa Masamour is composed of one room, with the possibility of a small dining area inside, a brand new full separate bathroom with shower ("Rain Sky" plus shower) and a toilet. A nice terrace with a fully equipped kitchenette offers you stunning sea views. You go down the stairs and have access to your private terrace, beautifully planted with 20 m2 in the garden where deckchairs await you... Sunrise every morning in front of you and sunset on the Aiguilles of Bavella in the evening. Access to the beach is direct and is through the small parking lot next to the house… in 30 seconds you are on the beach! You're in paradise! Guest access This studio is completely independent of the main house, It has a separate side entrance and its own parking with outdoor power outlet for your electric car. Other things to note The location is ideal because it is very quiet, surrounded by nature but close to: from Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio (5 min) where there are shops, pharmacy and medical office. 10 min from LECCI where the GALAXY Complex offers movie theaters, restaurant, bowling and games room. 20 minutes from Porto Vecchio (if there is a lot of traffic, take the road along the coast) with its famous port and Upper Town...
