Come enjoy a new in 2023 modern stylish experience at this historical central location--built with your total comfort and pleasure in mind. Enjoy peaceful Kitty Hawk Village where the Wright brothers came and stayed during their experiments with the first flights and where my Great Grandfather met them and showed them where they would stay. Enjoy the comforts of modern amenities and open outside areas to relax and recharge or just a short drive over the dune takes you straight to the beaches. The space Designed with your comfort and style in mind. Full gourmet kitchen featuring quartz counters, glass cooktop range, large French door refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, and a few staples. Each bedroom has a brand new mattress (2023) with comfortable bedding, side tables, bedside lighting, closet, and chairs for seating. The bedrooms can be accessed through a pocket door with a lock between them. The back (Queen) room has an exterior door for private entry if you wish to not disturb the other guests at entry or exit. The queen bedroom has a wet bar/ coffee bar with coffee maker, microwave, and minifridge. The couch in the living room can be an additional sleep space if needed. Air mattress provided. Total interior space 750 sq. feet. Guest access You have full, private access to the entire house, front porch, back deck, covered patio under house with outdoor shower and hammock. The firepit area has an outdoor gas grill and picnic area that will be all yours to enjoy as well. Other things to note Pack and play and high chair available upon request. I offer bicycles for you and your guests to enjoy on the many trails we have available to you and your guests. I also offer beach chairs, beach towels and some beach toys for the younger kids.
