Welcome to our cozy Lapland retreat! Explore our spacious 70m2 semi-detached apartment with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sauna. Enjoy the Northern Lights from our glass-enclosed terrace and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Here, you can truly immerse yourself in Lapland's winter wonderland and indulge in relaxing sauna sessions. The space Beds: Master bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed, in the second bedroom, there is a sofa bed with a sleeping width of 140cm. If you need an extra sleeping space, we can set up a 120cm air mattress and the living room sofa can also sleep 1 person if needed. Bed liners and towels are always included in the accommodation price. For an additional fee of 20 euros, there is also the possibility of a baby travel crib. In our apartment, there are always toys and games available for children, as well as board games for adults. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not available during your stay. Guest access The apartment is private, entirely for your own use, except for the storage. No shared spaces. The house is a duplex, so there is a neighbor living in their own apartment on the other side, with no shared areas. Other things to note This semi-detached unit is just 200 meters away, you'll find a bus stop where Bus #8 takes you to the city center and Santa Claus Village. The Village is 5km and the city center is 4km away.Our apartment also offers free parking, in Rovaniemi you can rent a car for an example Europcar and Sixt. Although our glazed terrace isn't heated in winter, you can still enjoy it with a blanket and candlelight. You might even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights without the cold wind on your face. Groceries are conveniently located 700 meters away, offering all you need. Basic cleaning is always included in the accommodation price. However, we kindly ask that you take good care of our apartment throughout your stay and take out the trash before you leave. If significant cleaning is required after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
