The swim dock is about 30 meters away, so a dip from the sauna to the lake is great! There is a fixed cast grill in the lawn yard, plus a Weber charcoal grill. During the summer season, you'll have access to a rowing boat and a paddleboard at no additional cost. In the heat, a new air source heat pump keeps the cottage cool. The cottage is nicely located on the beach side, with a direct view of Pielinen from the windows and yard. The communal dock is only a few dozen meters away, and the sauna is easy to take a dip. Mountain bike trails, hiking trails, and of course Koli's stunning nature are a stone's throw away. There is also a disc golf course nearby. Merilänranta's stunning beaches are just over a kilometer away. You can paddle or row there, as the boat and sup board are free of charge. The cottage's kitchen and toilets are in basic condition, but clean. There are plenty of dishes and other equipment, and most of the furniture has been renovated in the 2020s. 5G wifi and Smart TV are equipped. The atmosphere in the living room brings a fireplace. Dining fits four well and a little tightly six. In the summer, you can dine on the furnished terrace. There's a Weber charcoal grill for grilling, as well as a yard grill, but it's seen its best days. For remote workers, there is a desk and a good quality office chair in an alcove at the door. There is one bedroom downstairs with a 160cm wide double bed. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds. This allows children and guests to stay on their own. However, sound insulation in these rooms is modest😀. There is a child gate on the stairs. The sauna has an electric heater. The laundry room has a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The temperature and humidity of the cottage are regulated by a new air source heat pump, which, among other sources of heat, is connected to an automatic Optiwatti heat control system. Linens and towels are not included in the rent, but can be rented for a separate fee (12€/person, made for 16€/person). Cleaning supplies are plentiful in the cabin. Cleaning can also be purchased separately (70€), it is not included in the rent.
