The space For years, we have been traveling with friends to houses for larger groups, and we have become well acquainted with what is really missing in such places. That's why we created Lake House Borowe — a place designed exactly the way we would like to relax. The house is located directly on the lake, with a private sandy beach, a large pier, and a beautiful view from virtually every spot on the property. There are only a few dozen steps from the terrace to the water. We wanted to create a place that would work at any time of the year — that's why we created a year-round SPA area with a jacuzzi for 7 people, a large sauna, a salt wall and a view of the lake. There are also SUPs, a boat, a fire pit, a fireplace, and the option of ice swimming in winter. We placed great emphasis on the comfort of a larger group staying together. The house has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large sofa, a massive dining table for the whole group, and a fully-equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, an ice maker, and three coffee machines — an espresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and a capsule coffee maker. The house is designed for groups and families of up to 15 people. Upstairs, there are 6 comfortable bedrooms — each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and individually controlled heating. Two bedrooms have a balcony and a view of the lake. In addition, we have made the ceiling and staircase very quiet, so that those who want to rest earlier can sleep comfortably even when the rest of the group is spending time downstairs. For those who want to combine relaxation with remote work, Starlink high-speed satellite internet is available with download speeds of up to approximately 500 Mbps. Lake House Borowe is located about 2.5 hours from Warsaw and only 15 minutes from Mrągowo, where there are restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The famous Krutynia kayaking trail also runs alongside our property. We also work with the Ratuszowa restaurant, which can provide catering or deliver pre-arranged meals for the entire group. In addition, restaurants from Mrągowo offer food delivery directly to the house. We created this place so that you can truly relax — both during summer trips to the water and during fall or winter stays by the fireplace, sauna and jacuzzi with a view of the lake.
