This is not a cookie-cutter accommodation or an impersonal hotel with flawless design. This house was originally a private residence, renovated with artistry, deep passion and respect for history. If you are looking for the geometric perfection and mass-produced furnishings of a hotel, this house is not for you. But if you're looking for emotion, the warmth of wood and stone, and the authenticity of a lived-in place, Villa Rossi will provide you with an unforgettable stay, suspended between the charm of the past and modern comfort. ✨ The Space The villa plays on contrasts: the ancient stone exterior houses modern and elegant interiors, characterized by large open-plan spaces and striking double-height ceilings. Every corner tells a story of care and dedication. The Heart of the House (2nd Floor): The main entrance opens to a magnificent open-plan living area. Here you will find a large living room and a dining area surrounded by panoramic windows that frame the hills. The elegantly furnished kitchen connects with the living room through a large arched opening. For those who need to connect, there is a study area perfect for remote working, with Wi-Fi. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub and a storage room. South Wing (Privacy and Relaxation): A special room with a wood-burning fireplace used as a fitness room (with direct access to the terrace), and a bedroom with a large single bed and a private bathroom with shower. The Mezzanine: From the living area, you can go up to a large open-plan mezzanine that serves as a sleeping area. It has a double bed and two single beds (perfect for both couples and families). This area has its own bathroom and air conditioning and connects directly to a private sun terrace.
