Lakeland has a wonderful and thriving community. The space The cottage has a small kitchen area with sink, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave oven, induction cook plate, dishes, glasses & toaster. There is internet, Roku, washer and dryer, bathroom with shower. The bed is a full sized. There is a futon sofa for 3rd person sleeping. There is an outdoor patio area with a gas grill. Guest access Guests enter through the privacy gate to back yard to the cottage. Other things to note There is a futon sofa for addl. third guest sleeping.
