Other things to note Please note that for your safety and security, we have a Ring Doorbell at the front door, a Blink camera in the front of the garage, and a Minut noise monitoring device inside the home and in the backyard. These devices are only used to monitor the entrance, the parking area, and the noise level. We respect your privacy and do not record or watch any footage from inside the house. We also kindly ask you to follow the city of Fort Lauderdale’s regulations and limit the number of vehicles to 2 per booking and the noise level to a reasonable volume. This is to avoid fines or penalties from the city or complaints from neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding and for respecting our home. We take pride in offering you a top-notch experience at our property! To maintain the beauty and comfort you deserve, we have weekly maintenance scheduled for the pool (Thursdays) and lawn (Mondays). Also, the trash will be collected every week (Mondays/Thursdays). You simply have to put the trash bags in the respective bins on the driveway and we take care of the rest.
