There are four TV's throughout the home, the living room, both bedrooms and the living area down-stairs, cable is provided. All TV's are Smart TV's. The listing price is for up to 4 guests. Any additional guests would need to be communicated and be approved first before booking and arrival. Maximum guests allowed is 6 individuals. Additional fee is a $45.00 charge per guest, per night up to 2 additional guests beyond the 4 guests booking price listed. The home is tastefully furnished with a comfy cozy feeling knowing that you are right across the street from Narragansett Bay and that the park area and lighthouse are down the end of the street, within walking distance. Feel the saltwater breezes, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and watch the boats travel by. Clean and welcoming, you have access to the whole house. The washer and dryer is available to you with cleaning and laundry products supplied. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and coffee mugs. There is also spices, oils and bottled water provided, as well as many flavors of coffee pods and creamers and sugar. Other things to note: the yard is fenced and offers seasonal flowers and native plantings, along with a large grassy area. In the event that I need to stop over to take care of the yard, I will send you a message and let you know so that we can coordinate a day and time so as not to disturb your visit.
