This cozy 3 bed 1 bath home is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. This charming older home was just refreshed by 5th generation family owners. Located in the heart of pinecraft. Very conveniently located to much of what Sarasota has to offer. Minutes walk to Postal 98 Cafe, Yoder's Amish Restaurant, and Scoops and sprinkles ice cream. Around 15-20 Minutes to both Lido Key and Siesta Key beaches. The space There are 3 bedrooms ( 2 with queen beds, and 1 with a twin bed). There is also a futon in the living room that could add an extra bed if needed. Guest access For parking you will need to follow the drive beside the house and make a left turn, parking behind the house. The property line is the driveway so we ask that you not park on the neighbors yard. There is space to turn around in the yard connected to the home. Other things to note The laundry room is attached to the house but you enter from the outside. A key to unlock it is hanging inside the back door.
