Welcome to Villa del Maestrale, a beautiful villa located on the hills of the hamlet of Pretola, a few minutes from the historic center of Perugia, where you can enjoy your relaxing vacation in a quiet, comfortable and well-served location. The vacation home is equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant stay in the Umbrian hills and is for the exclusive use of our guests. The space Villa del Maestrale can accommodate up to 8 people and is divided into 4 rooms: 3 with double beds (one with en-suite bathroom) and 1 with single beds that can be joined. All the rooms have access to the balconies, from which you can admire a privileged view of Assisi and Monte Subasio, especially on summer evenings, and the Tiber valley, which flows a short distance away. The villa, which covers 250 square meters, has 2 full bathrooms with bathtub, a modern and equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. In addition, in the basement, there is a rustic area with a ping pong table while outside you can enjoy the cool of the evening in the outdoor patio, equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a small barbecue. In addition, in the large park there is an above-ground summer swimming pool surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, equipped with beach beds, and protected by a thick hedge where you can relax in total privacy. The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests. Guest access The property is fully fenced, equipped with an automatic gate and a free parking space inside. Other things to note Important information for your stay Swimming pool opening: from May 1st to October 15th, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The photo shoots are usually done in the spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and parks may be different at the time of your entry. The cost of utilities is not included in the cost of the stay and will be calculated according to consumption. Payment will be made in cash at check-out. The price of the last bill/supply will be applied. Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €60.00 per pet per stay. For check-in from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (late check-in) there is a surcharge of €40.00. €80.00 after 12:00 a.m. All late check-in requests are subject to confirmation by the host.
