Welcome to Villa del Maestrale, a beautiful villa located on the hills of the hamlet of Pretola, a few minutes from the historic center of Perugia, where you can enjoy your relaxing vacation in a quiet, comfortable and well-served location. The vacation home is equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant stay in the Umbrian hills and is for the exclusive use of our guests. The space Villa del Maestrale can accommodate up to 8 people and is divided into 4 rooms: 3 with double beds (one of which has an en-suite bathroom) and 1 with single beds that can be joined. All the rooms have access to the balconies, from which you can admire a privileged view of Assisi and Monte Subasio, especially on summer evenings, and the Tiber valley, which flows a short distance away. The villa, which covers 250 square meters, has 2 full bathrooms with a bathtub, a modern and equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a laundry room. In addition, in the basement, there is a rustic area with a ping pong table, while outside you can enjoy the cool of the evening in the outdoor patio, equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a small barbecue. Nevertheless, in the large park there is an above-ground summer pool surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, equipped with beach loungers, and protected by a thick hedge where you can relax in total privacy. The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests. For getting around, we recommend using a car, but you can also reach the historic center of Perugia in a few minutes by bus on the N or P lines, which stop on the main street, 200 meters from the villa. Being centrally located and close to the Perugia - Ponte S. Giovanni road and railway junction, as well as just a 15-minute drive from the Umbria "San Francesco d'Assisi" Airport, from the villa you can easily reach all the main attractions of the area to enjoy an exceptional visit to the region. In fact, Villa del Maestrale is only 4 km from the historic center of Perugia, 23 km from Assisi, 48 km from Montefalco, 36 km from Gubbio, 29 km from Lake Trasimeno, 63 km from Spoleto, 95 km from Norcia, Castelluccio di Norcia and the Sibillini Mountains. The photo shoots are usually done in the spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and parks may be different at the time of your entry. The cost of utilities is not included in the cost of the stay and will be calculated according to consumption. Payment will be made in cash at check-out. The price of the last bill/supply will be applied. Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €60.00 per pet per stay.
