Welcome to your cozy Pocono escape. Located in a gated community, this peaceful 3 bed 2 bath home, sleeps 8, local to main Pocono attractions; Kalahari, Great Wolf, & Camelback Mtn. Imagine hiking, summer adventures, cozy fires, & skiing in the winter. Lots of fresh air, wildlife, & starry nights. Make memories with your family & friends. This is your vacation, enjoy, relax, & get comfortable. Pets welcome too! We hope you make the most of our home to relax and/or visit the surrounding area. The space Features and amenities include: A/C and electric baseboard heaters in every room, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, linens and towels, comfortable beds and modern furniture. Sleeps: A maximum of 8 people. Master Bedroom: (Upstairs) Queen Bed, Linens, Ceiling Fan, & Crib for infants/toddlers. Guest Bedroom: (Upstairs) Queen Bed, Linens, Ceiling Fan. Guest Bedroom: (Downstairs) Full Bed with Twin Bunk Above & Linens. Living Room: Smart TV, Pullout Couch, Love Seat, 2 Chairs, Ceiling Fan, Games & Fire Place. Fireplace: Propane. Please use with caution, Only Flip a switch to turn on (Read Directions) Dining Room: Table with 4 chairs. Pull over 2 more chairs & it comfortably sits 6 people. Kitchen: Fully Equipped Kitchen, Modern Air fryer, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Hot Water Kettle, Blender, Hand Mixer, Crockpot, Waffle Maker, Instant Pot, Double Oven, & Microwave, Popcorn Maker, & Smore's Maker, to name some key components. Bathrooms: 2 Full Baths: 1 Upstairs & 1 Downstairs, Towels, Washcloths, & Hair Dryer available. Garage/Game Room: 3 in 1 - Pool Table, Ping Pong, & Air Hockey. Also Foosball, Connect Four, and Smart TV w Roku. Internet: High-Speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer: If needed bring your own detergent & dryer sheets (not included) Pets: 1 water bowl, 1 food bowl, and disposable baggies available. Outdoor Area: Parking: Up to 4 Cars. Front Porch: Small Bench, Relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. Back Deck: Table, Love Seat, & Two Chairs. (All Cushions stored in Bins) Fire Pit: 6 chairs to enjoy and relax by the fire. (Firewood included) Grill: Propane, (Propane included) House is surrounded by trees, even warm summer days are comfortable to sit and enjoy & even watch the deer & wildlife walk on by! Guest access Guest have full access to the 1st & 2nd floors of the house. We only have one closet downstairs locked for the owners closet. Other things to note Must be over 21 to rent Responsibility is a key when renting someone's home. Please respect the home as your own. This home is located in a gated community. To enter the development, you will need to stop into the Welcome Center along with your driver’s license and printed vehicle registration to get a pass for your stay. You will need to provide me with each guest's name and vehicle information. The community needs a minimum of 48 hours to process gate passes. Your information; All guests names, Your address, & phone number, along with a signed Crime Free Policy will need to be provided asap for us to process and submit to the community to avoid a rush fee. At minimum we need to submit your information at least 3 days before arrival please. *Please note the community requires we submit a rental registration form that we fill out and will need; All guests names, Your address, & phone number, vehicle information, pet information, and a singed Crime Free Addendum which we require all of our guests to sign and date at least 72 hours before checking in. Pets are welcome. There is a one time fee of $50 for pets and all pets must be registered with the community prior to your arrival. Instructions for check-in will be given prior to your check-in date. Access codes will be giving the day of your arrival. Bookings or responses with less then 48 hours prior to arrival check-in will result in a $75 Rush fee charged by the community. Community Rules: Wristbands or Badges are required to access all pools, beaches and amenities during peek season. (Memorial day thru Labor day) During peek season, you will receive a Purple Pass upon check-in, You will need this when you go to the pools, beach and some amenities. With this pass, you can then purchase daily wristbands, which allow you access to the pools, mini golf, and be able to canoe or kayak the lake for an enjoyable day. These passes will give you access to most amenities for the day. These are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable. We would suggest to buy them at the pools the day you want to enjoy them, incase of any bad weather and they have the amenities closed. Wristbands are available at the Welcome Center but best to purchase at the Pools/Beach/Amenities. Wristbands are $12.00/per person/per day and are Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable. Wristband purchases done at the pools are credit card only. All details and community events can be found at the main office or online. *Activities are seasonal* Check out is strict at 11am. If you would like to extend your stay please ask us to see if we can actually accommodate that. Our cleaning team is scheduled to enter the home after your check-out time. **Please make sure to observe the Speed Limit of 25mph, as there are public safety officers on patrol and they do stop and fine for traffic violations. In case of traffic violations/ tickets guests will be charged extra. Also drive safely and watch for deer and other wildlife crossing the roads.
