Built in 1904 by Lemuel Shattuck and Jacob Schmid, this imposing 3 story building was touted as Bisbee's "first skyscraper" and originally housed Lemuel's magnificent saloon - The Shattuck. Today, this grand building is home to the Bisbee Brownstone - 6 spacious condo style suites, each unique and meticulously appointed. Located on Brewery Gulch, in the heart of downtown Historic Bisbee, we are within walking distance to all of Bisbee's Galleries, Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment venues. The space Our experimentation with and early stage remodel of what we now refer to as the "Signature Suite" quickly became our universal "Brownstone Style" design inspiration. Each of our remodeled suites is totally unique yet easily recognizable by their spacious rooms, 10' high ceilings, exposed brick walls, warm wood flooring, granite countertops and just a hint of the original plaster walls. Our Signature Suite 301, at close to 700 square feet, is one of our largest accommodations and is the only suite with two separate living areas - one of which includes a Queen Murphy bed that can easily converted the room into a second bedroom. In addition, Suite 301 is all on one level and includes a bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with combo tub/shower, living area, second living area/bedroom , full modern kitchen, breakfast bar/dining area and a dedicated parking spot just outside the entrance to the suite.
