Serendiperty Deckhouse is a modern self-catering luxury lodge suitable for 4 people located within Parkdean Resort, St Minver down a private tree lined road and tucked away in a woodland setting. Wake up to birdsong, sit and look at starry skies from the deck in the evening. Longing for blue sea and a sandy beach, stunning Cornwall walks and bike rides - all are never far away for you to unwind and enjoy! Enjoy this wonderful location and place to stay! The space The lodge is suitable for holidays all year round; cosy up in the cooler seasons or open up the doors onto the deck and bring the outside in enjoying al fresco dining. The lodge sleeps up to 4 people with a master bedroom + en-suite, a twin bedroom with family bathroom just off the hallway. There is a travel cot with mattress, high chair and baby bath available for infants. Parking at the front of the lodge for 2 cars with 3 steps leading up to the deck. The cushions for the outdoors furniture are stored in the cushion box on the deck, larder cupboard and wardrobe. There is a BBQ in the side garden too. Enjoy! Parkdean Passes can be purchased from reception: Facilities: indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, the Manor House offers a restaurant and bar with entertainment for the family and kids. Enjoy a game of crazy golf plus there is a large outdoor play area and soft indoor play area for kids. Take a walk around the nature paths through the woodlands. The park has a Nisa shop Please note that not all Parkdean facilities are available out of season, the pool closes November and reopens in the Spring. The pool and Manor House will be open at specific times over the festive season. Parkdean follow Government Covid Guidelines and will operate in accordance with Government Advice. All facilities and entertainment is subject to Parkdean Management discretion. There is a pub in St Minver about 10 minute walk from the lodge.
