We offer you an independent 22 m² studio, fully equipped and furnished on the ground floor of our house with a private terrace, offering you a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountain and its woods. The accommodation is halfway between Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy. You can also enjoy nearby ski resorts such as Semnoz, Aillons-Margériaz, Sur Lyand or La Clusaz. The banks of the Rhône are 10 minutes away through the Fier Gorges. Other things to note The studio is located in Bonneguête. See photos and map to get there. In the cul-de-sac, it's the second house.
