Please Read Before Booking: This unit is part of a duplex with street parking, and there is a separate downstairs unit. Features are clearly described in the listing. Location is in a residential neighborhood that is close driving distance to shopping, restaurants and highway, but not walking distance. We want all guests to have a great stay, so if aspects in the description don’t suit your needs and is going to affect your rating of us, we kindly ask that you choose another property. The space Newly remodeled and designed, our spacious, open and bright 2 bed/1 bath is situated in a fun and eclectic residential neighborhood with fast access to hotspots, dining, and shopping. Full living room with separate dining room facing a private outdoor deck, full kitchen and bath with shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer. Street parking only. This is the main level (upstairs) of a charming and comfortable duplex. Please note there is a separate unit downstairs with a separate entrance and an internal door between the stairs (locked and secured) to close off the two units. PARKING: There is street parking only. We can allow for driveway parking if there is no booking downstairs during your stay. Sometimes street parking might be tight and the space in front of the house may not be guaranteed. Please take this into consideration if you will have an issue with walking to the house from further away or have multiple vehicles. SOUNDS: While this is a private unit, you may hear normal household sounds from the downstairs unit at times. If you are sensitive to everyday noise, this property may not be the best fit. STAIRS: Must go up half a flight of stairs to access living space. Spacious, bright and open living area featuring a plush sectional and a futon couch. Great for curling up with a blanket and a book. Smart TV and WiFi to complete the necessities! The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances and sleek finishes, making it a functional and stylish hub for culinary endeavors. Our kitchen is stocked with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in, convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table or at the outdoor patio table on a sunny day. Each of the two bedrooms showcases colorful bedding and artwork to contribute to an atmosphere of relaxation and style. The bathroom continues the theme with modern fixtures. The First bedroom features a comfortable KING bed. There is a closet that provides plenty of space for guests to store personal items. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The closet has been converted to a laundry area with a washer and dryer in the bedroom. Beds are FIRM. Updated full bath with tub/shower combo comes complete with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! The upstairs space is completely yours, with Front Door separate entrance and easy access. The downstairs is a separate space with its own private entrance at the same property. Must be able to climb a half flight of stairs. Full-size washer and dryer provided for guest use in upstairs bedroom. Iron/ironing board are also available at the property. Great outdoor space features a spacious patio for your exclusive use. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine outside. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private upstairs unit, washer and dryer in queen bedroom, backyard which is fenced, patio deck with seating & street parking. **There is a Pack n Play available upon request. **FREE street parking only. There is no dedicated parking for this unit. The driveway is reserved for the bottom unit. Other things to note Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for noise from the private secondary downstairs unit (the downstairs unit has a totally separate and private entrance and no areas in the home are shared). Early Check-In starting at 12pm may be available for an additional $50 if there are no guests the night before your check-in. Please check with the host if early check-in is available. Upon submitting a reservation request, please confirm that you have read and agree to the following house rules: ~ We take our no smoking and no animals policy seriously. Smoking/vaping of any kind in the unit or bringing in animals will result in immediate removal from the property without refund, plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal and additional cleaning. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm. Please note we do have an additional guest fee and the booking must accurately reflect the number of guests staying. ~ Please observe our quiet hours of 9pm - 8am as this is a residential neighborhood. ~ Housekeeping is required every 3 weeks for longer stays with additional charge. ~ Tampering with Wifi, locks, or any other equipment will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
