Welcome to Thionville in a very quiet area with garden views. The "garden side" apartment is spacious and comfortable, it will also be perfect for both business and leisure travel. It sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child (baby kit available at extra cost). The space It consists of an entrance with table and chairs. Kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine... as well as all basic amenities. Bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit consisting of 3 large storage drawers, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo. Separate toilet with washing machine. Bedroom with 160 x 200 queen size bed. Office space. Smart TV. Wi-Fi included throughout the apartment. Portable fan/air conditioner available in the room for very hot weeks. Small troubleshooting kit: laundry, Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, spices, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Courtesy tray offered upon arrival with madeleines, local confectionery and small bottle of water. Linens and towels are provided with the booking of the apartment. Beds made on arrival. The apartment is on the ground floor. It nevertheless has several small steps from the entrance to the bedroom. The apartment is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access The garden is private and unfortunately not accessible for guests. However, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the windows of your apartment. Other things to note For any long booking of 15 days and more (up to 1 month), an intermediate cleaning is provided in the middle of the stay including changes of bed sheets, towels, floor cleaning... It is not possible to park your car in the courtyard that leads to the entrance of the apartment or even to drop off your luggage by car, but there are free parking spaces on the street. The courtyard is pedestrian-only for our guests. Minimum stay is 2 nights. It is possible to book for a week or a month at a time, a discount is applied. It is possible to book a "baby kit" with baby bed (linens provided) and high chair for an extra €15 per stay. Please let us know when you book.
