With a surface area of 56 m², located on the first (and top) floor, the apartment offers a comfortable and cozy living room and a separate and fully equipped kitchen (fridge with milling machine, dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, range hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine), with its dining area. The two large bedrooms can accommodate 5 people: the first bedroom has a double bed (160×200) and the second bedroom has three single beds (80x200). The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, vanity with storage furniture and toilet. Guests have access to a shared, quiet and sunny garden, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal not provided). A ski room and bike racks are also available for guest use. In order to facilitate the holidays for families and children, baby equipment can be offered as an extra charge (high chair, crib with real mattress, stroller, etc.). Parking, free, is done in front of the house or in the street. Located on the slopes of the Roche des Fées, offering views of the Charlannes plateau and the forest, Le Nid des Fées enjoys a quiet location, while remaining in the immediate vicinity of the entertainment of the city center and the Grands Thermes of La Bourboule. The Mont Dore ski resort can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. The shuttle bus stop connecting Mont Dore ski resort is located about 650 meters away (8 minutes' walk). The "cleaning fee" includes cleaning at the end of the stay. For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness these fees are not optional. Bed and bath linen can be made available extra, upon reservation in advance (beds are not made) at the following rate: Double bed pack included 1 duvet cover for 2 people, 1 sheet cover for 2 people, 2 pillow cases): €18 per pack Single bed pack included 1 duvet cover 1 person, 1 sheets with 1 person cover, 1 pillowcase): €15per pack. Other things to note The concierge welcomes you personally from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the case of a check-in after 8 p.m., the keys are made available in a lockbox and the code communicated on the day of arrival. During the July, August and February school holidays, stays are 7 nights only with arrivals and departures on Saturdays.
