The space EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT with stunning mountain and small lake views at the foot of the Mondseeberg in a quiet sunny location Embedded on the ground floor of our single-family house is the high-quality furnished 50 m² apartment! It has one bedroom & a large living, dining, cooking area, each with access to the outdoor area! The cooking area is also equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, soda stream, kettle & freezer. In the living area there is also the possibility to pull out the couch to get another bed! The bathroom has a shower that is equipped with a rain shower - you will also find the toilet here. There is also a storage room with washing machine in the apartment! Outside the apartment is a cozy lounge that invites you to linger in the sun. An outdoor dining area and a barbecue complete the facilities.
