The space EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT with stunning mountain and small lake views at the foot of Mondseeberg in a quiet sunny position nestled on the ground floor of our family house, the high-quality equipped 50 m² apartment is located! It has a bedroom & a large living, dining, cooking area each with access to the outdoor area! The cooking area is also equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, soda stream, a kettle & a freezer. In the living area there is also possibility of pulling out the couch to get another bed! The bathroom has a shower, which is equipped with a rain shower - you will also find the toilet here. There is also a storage room with washing machine in the apartment! Outside of the apartment is a cozy lounge, which invites you to linger in the sun. An outdoor dining area as well as a grill complete the equipment. INCLUDING SERVICES: bed linen, towels, laundry and cleaning products, coffee maker incl.
