The house is located in Palafolls, with Malgrat and Blanes beaches a 5-minute drive away. A real treat! ☀️🏖️👪 The space The house is ONLY for you, no one else lives there. On the ground floor, there is a hall, a full bathroom with shower, a kitchen, and a large dining room with a magnificent Italian-style sofa bed for 2 people, with access to the magnificent porch and patio with its private pool and barbecue. On the first floor, there is a room with 2 washing machines and a dryer, a full bathroom with a large bathtub, and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed, built-in closet, and exit to the balcony. Another with a double bed, ceiling fan, and built-in closet. The third bedroom has a double bed, A/C that cools the entire floor, a dressing room, and an exit to a magnificent terrace with garden furniture, where you can sunbathe, have a coffee, read, or simply enjoy your time. Let's go to the 3rd floor! We find a large double bedroom with a dressing room, air conditioning, and an exit to another magnificent terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor shower. Palafolls is a quiet village strategically located, 5 minutes from Blanes, 10 minutes from Calella, 15 minutes from Lloret, and next to Marineland! Water park with dolphins, sea lions, exotic species and water slides, the children will be delighted. Relax at home and enjoy your surroundings! Palafolls has a free highway exit that will take you to Barcelona and charming towns on the Costa Brava in 40 minutes Come and enjoy and ask without obligation!
