Inside our modern townhome you'll find a well appointed style, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, and air conditioning! The space UPDATE: As of July, 2026 we now have a built in air conditioning system! Stay effortlessly cool with brand new, efficient, and quiet mini split units in the primary bedroom on the middle floor and the main living area on the top floor. The ground level entrance opens up to a spacious home office and foyer area. On this level you'll also have a full bathroom, the laundry area, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The middle floor is where you'll find the primary bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. Up to the third level is where the kitchen with island and coffee bar, a dining area and a living room with large Smart TV are located. Head up one more flight of stairs to enjoy the unobstructed lake and city skyline views from the rooftop deck. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the rooftop deck and the ground level patio. Other things to note *The second and third levels of the house have air conditioning. *The ground level bedroom has a portable air conditioner that we install for the warmer time of year, typically May through October. *This is an attached row style townhome. We ask that guests please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors on either side of the adjacent walls, especially during quiet hours. *There is a parking permit inside the house for you to use during your stay. We can only provide 1 parking permit for 1 vehicle. The parking permit must be returned upon check out. A $100 fee will be charged if the parking permit is not returned on check out day. *Assigned or reserved parking is not available. Public street parking only.
