The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Alfortville is situated on the banks of the River Seine and is approximately 7 kilometres from the centre of Paris. It has a long history, and its name is derived from "Alfort," which refers to the presence of an ancient fort that once stood in the area. The town displays a mix of old and modern buildings. You may find traditional French houses alongside contemporary apartment complexes and infrastructure. One notable landmark in Alfortville is the Château d'Alfort, an 18th-century castle that now houses the National Veterinary School of Alfort. The nearest station, Maisons Alfort Alfortville, is just a 3-minute walk. Paris Orly Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
