Tranquil villa 3min to beach

This tranquil villa in a quiet rural setting is our family escape place. It is only 3 min walk from a long beach with beautiful sunsets, perfect for early morning run or walk and also very close to a famous surfing spot - Balian beach. It has spacious bedrooms, charming garden, open plan design so you can enjoy the sounds of nature while preparing your meal or having a massage by the swimming pool. The villa is 10-15 min walk from the restaurants, hotels, and yoga classes at Balian beach. The space The stairs of the villa that leading to the swimming pool are ideal place for a late afternoon cocktail or a glass of cold wine with your feet in the water. Plus you can also enjoy the paddy field straight from our open living room area while having a meal. The villa is ideal for 4 persons, with 2 large aircon bedrooms and private bathrooms. However if you plan for 6 persons the most adventurous can sleep in our converted "Lumbung" with small double bed and air con. You can order massage in the villa, or ask the team to take you fishing, or just go to the beach and enjoy on of the best sunsets in Bali. Also simple walk for a drink or a meal to the restaurants at Balian beach, where you can also take surfing lessons or yoga classes. Our staff can help you book these classes as well as rent motorbikes if needed or get you a driver in case you want to go for a daily trip to places like Ubud or Singaraja. Nearby mountain has some interesting places for hiking as well as coffee plantations. You can arrange directly with our team if you want them to cook for you local specialities and depending on season fresh seafood. We also recommend that on the way to the villa you stop at some of the supermarkets in Denpasar like Pepito or Carrefour in case you like things like bacon, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, wine, pasta. And during your stay if you feel like having some western food, we had trained our team to cook some western style pasta and salads. They will charge for the cooking and any local ingredients if needed and we will appreciate your feedback on their pasta and salads cooking skills if you decide to try :-) Guest access The whole villa, swimming pool and garden. PLEASE NOTE : We have a separate independent toilet and cold shower to serve the lumbung which is not far (5m) from the lumbung and sometimes depending on season there maybe some village noise in the morning if you stay at the lumbung. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS CURRENTLY ONGOING CONSTRUCTION NEIGHBOURHOOD, WHICH MAY RESULT IN SOME NOISE DURING DAYTIME HOURS AND WHICH IS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE AND APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING. TO REFLECT THIS TEMPORARY INCONVENIENCE, WE HAVE ADJUSTED OUR PRICES ACCORDINGLY. As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear peaceful noises from the insects that inhabit the garden during the night. But, this will not bothering guests who stays in the villa at all.. This is the charm of living in the villa with a huge garden and open space concept which close to nature in Balian Village.. Bali is humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos and insects are endemic to the island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. So please understand, that this is beyond our control as villa management, and we cannot be forced to provide compensation regarding this matter. Any complaint about geckos, insects, will not be our responsibility.
