Welcome to our charming family Airbnb of 50m² located on a quiet street in the city center (140 meters from the Café des Taux and the port's restaurants). Our apartment has a nice bedroom with a double bed and storage for your belongings, a small bathroom, an open kitchen as well as a spacious and bright living room to relax with family or friends. The space The living and dining room: The living space is open to the kitchen, warm and designed for relaxation and conviviality. There are also a selection of board games for family fun. An extra sofa bed (known as a “clic-clac”) is available for 2 additional people. The smart TV is present (the channels are accessible from the common antenna, it may be that depending on the weather, the reception is not good), you can connect your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime or Canal+ accounts for example. The Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A few pods of coffee, tea, herbal tea, and basic spices to help you feel at home. Water points: Our bathroom is equipped with a shower and wash basin. The 2 toilets are separated. The room: Our room is the perfect place to rest after a busy day exploring the city. A humidifier and air cooler with water tank awaits you for the hottest nights. For infants: We are happy to offer free amenities for families traveling with young children. We have at your disposal: a high chair, a cot (called "umbrella" of 120*60 cm), a changing table, a plastic bathtub, a toilet reducer and a stroller cane. Some games for children under 5 years old are available. For remote work: We understand that work does not always stop during holidays or travel, which is why we have set up a dedicated workspace with high speed internet (fiber). Guest access Entire house, common area. Narrow hallway and staircase. Not accessible to disabled people. Other things to note Some additional practical information: • Ideally located near the main pedestrian street, public transport, shops, a Carrefour city, the media library and restaurants; • An additional €15 is applicable if you request additional sheets or more than 2 people in the accommodation (so both beds will be usable); • The apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift (the first corridor is very narrow); • The common areas are not very welcoming, but the main thing is that the apartment is :), the stairs are not accessible to people with reduced mobility; • Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am (we may be able to adapt depending on the availability of each).
