The apartments are located right at the entrance to Areas on Highway PO308, so walking allows you to go to these beaches and places of interest. The location is fantastic. We are in AREAS near Cape Festiñanza between the centers of Sanxenxo and Raxó. Just 350m from the main entrance to Areas Beach, less than a 4-minute walk. The space The accommodation is 45 m². It consists of 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, separate full bathroom and private terrace. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning, kitchenware, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave oven, Italian coffee maker, juicer, toaster, 2 LED TVs, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothesline, and safe. Cribs available. Terrace with chairs and tables, umbrella, sun loungers and partial ocean views. The two units are the same, they have the same amenities and services. One or the other will be assigned depending on availability. There is free WiFi and private parking for an additional fee, we offer a discount for your early booking. Other things to note The establishment reserves the right to request, at the time of check-in, a deposit (€200) by credit/debit card or in cash as a guarantee for possible damages or breaches of the house rules. The amount will be temporarily withheld during the stay and will be automatically released after check-out, provided that no damage or incidents have occurred. In no case will this deposit be an effective charge unless the existence of damages is verified.
