The space The main area includes a brand-new queen bed with storage drawers, a walk-in closet, and a ladder that leads into an adorable loft space. The loft has another brand-new queen bed, an outlet, and of course a light! From the main room, there is a walkway into the kitchenette, which provides a space for working, eating, and cooking. The kitchen has all of the essentials for an easy meal and comes equipped with a hotplate, coffee station, and tea! Past the kitchen is the private bathroom which is stocked with the basics. The living room area includes a smart TV and a convertible lounge-chair! Perfect for relaxing after a long day. Fast Wi-Fi makes for great Netflix streaming on your devices or catching up on work at the desk. Our guest house is located just minutes from Love Field Airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. It's also close to Downtown Dallas and the SMU campus, as well as the upscale neighborhood of Highland Park. The best part? Our guest house is located next to Bachman Lake park, providing stunning views and walking trails. Take a stroll around the lake or enjoy a picnic in the nearby park! Guest access The booking is for the entire guest house space, with a parking spot available next to the guest house. Entry into the guest house is with a code which will be provided at the time of check-in. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on or off the premises. The loft bed requires climbing a ladder and may not be suitable for everyone.
