PROPERTY YOHO ISLAND cottage is located on a woodsy lot offering ample privacy with a spacious deck viewing Lake Joe. There is plenty of interior space in the open-concept great room to stretch out in and relax by the wood stove on a cool night. Access from the cottage to the water is only a brief walk on an established walking trail with a gentle slope. There is available docking space for 2 boats, and there is two Muskoka chairs and one portable lounger for relaxing the day away on the water. This property offers East exposure with all day sun until approximately 4pm. The shoreline is sandy and rocky, with a depth off the dock of 10 ', and there is 500 ' of frontage to enjoy.
