Downtown Getaway w/Parking & Two King Size Beds!

Welcome to our Downtown Knoxville getaway! Steps away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping in the fast growing downtown area! With two bedrooms (Both King Size Beds!), two full bathrooms, resident access only and free on site parking steps from your front door this place is a no brainer! This is a short walk to the Old City, Market Square, and all downtown has to offer! The space Upon entering the unit you'll be greeted by an open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials for cooking, baking, etc. and there's also a mini bar stocked with all glasses and barware necessary for making your favorite cocktails. The living room has a large couch and chair for seating as well as two barstools at the spacious kitchen island. The television in the living room is equipped with an Amazon FireStick with Prime provided for all guests. Down the hall you'll notice photos of Knoxville and the University of Tennessee on the right with the full bathroom on the left. Bedroom #1 is on the right and is equipped with a king sized bed and a brand new 12" memory foam green tea mattress. Ample storage space is provided with two nightstands, a large dresser, and two walk in closet spaces. The television in this room is a Smart TV and has Amazon Prime access set up and the ability to access other entertainment apps as well. This bedroom has a large full bathroom attached with a double vanity and a tile shower. Across from this bedroom is Bedroom #2 which has a brand new king sized bed also. There is also a small writer's desk for guests to utilize. There is another television in this room also equipped with an Amazon FireStick for your viewing pleasure. This unit has gated parking and resident only access. With the complex being relatively small it's a peaceful getaway while only being steps away from great food and nightlife. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit with the exception of a storage closet that is used to house cleaning supplies and such.
