The cabin is located in a child-friendly area of the island and consists of two cabins that are connected. The smallest cabin is locked off, inaccessible and unoccupied, during the rental period. All outdoor areas are available for tenant. The plot is about one acre. There are 4 terraces around the property so that you can move around by sun and wind. There are parking spaces right outside the cabin with space for 5 cars and charging contact for electric car. The outdoor area consists of terraces, approx. 100 sqm lawn and large trampoline. No smoking and no smoking in the cabin.
