The apartment is located at: - 2 minutes' walk to Shopping Cidade - 5 minutes from the airport connection - 5 minutes from the central market - 10 minutes from the Bus Station - 10 min from Praça da Liberdade - Very close to UFMG law and medical schools, PUC Minas campus and several courses The space The apartment is on a quiet, safe and peaceful street, without that downtown noise. Fully furnished apartment. The Space: - Private room with king-size bed - Study/Work table - 32'' SmartTV with Streaming channels - WiFi - Ceiling fan Stays: - Accommodates up to 2 people in the room - Towels and sheets included Guest access The room is private with keys, the other areas are shared between me and up to 3 other possible guests. Other things to note House rules: - Smoking is not allowed inside the room - Observe quiet hours after 10 p.m. - It is not allowed to take people from outside the reservation into the building.
