In a carefully renovated old 19th century barn, enjoy a peaceful setting, a beautiful view of the countryside and the authentic charm of the stone. Comfortable and warm rooms, homemade breakfast included. For a relaxing moment, a covered outdoor hot tub is accessible all year round (€7 per session). The space Depending on availability, enjoy a bedroom with a private terrace on the ground floor or an air-conditioned attic bedroom upstairs, with a cozy charm. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a microwave and a courtesy tray. Upon request and subject to availability, some bedrooms can be prepared with two 90 cm single beds. Baby cot & high chair available on request. Relax in our covered outdoor hot tub with a view of the countryside, accessible year-round by reservation. Each session is private to ensure your quietness and privacy (7€ per person). For security and wellness reasons, the Jacuzzi is exclusively reserved for people aged 16 and over. Thank you for your understanding. For dinner, enjoy a board of local products by reservation. In cool or rainy weather, breakfast is served in the large dining room, near the fireplace for a friendly and warm moment. During your stay During your stay, Béatrice will be available and at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. She will be able to advise you on the must-see places to discover and share with you her best local addresses. Other things to note The guesthouse is a short walk to the family dairy farm, which you can visit freely. A pond is also accessible on the farm for fishing lovers. Many hiking trails leave directly from the house, ideal for discovering the surrounding countryside. The charming village of Saint-Avit-Sénieur is just 5 minutes walk away. Also enjoy a relaxing moment in the Jacuzzi (€7 per person, to be paid on site). For safety and wellness reasons, the hot tub is exclusively for people aged 16 and over.
