Our home sits atop the hill with 360-degree views of the Grand Wash Cliffs &town. -Total privacy in the 14 acres of property with many trails nearby. -Sunrise & sunset and star-filled sky at night are spectacular. - Quiet area and no nearby neighbors. -Restaurants & shops are within 5 mins drive. -Less than an hour's drive to the Grand Canyon West. -South Cove, Lake Mead, and Colorado River are within 15 mins drive. -Highly recommend staying at least 2 nights. The space The Saddleback House is a family home with all the amenities and a majestic view. - FAST wifi - All bedrooms have a view of the Grand Wash Cliffs. - Master bedroom has a queen bed with a jacuzzi tub and a full closet - The guest bedroom has a king bed and a full closet. - All sheets have high thread counts - A well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking needs, a coffee maker, and Keurig. - 50” TV with high-speed Internet, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. - BBQ grill - Outdoor fire pit (Must bring your firewood) Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire 14-acre property. Self Check-In with Lock Box Other things to note Meadview is a small town with a mini-market and a Family Dollar store. If you plan to cook, stock up on fresh vegetables, meat, snacks, and drinking water from either Kingman or Las Vegas. Grab a bag of ice at Family Dollar or Gas-N-Grub on your way in if you’d like to have ice with your drinks. Our fridge does not have an ice maker. Bring appropriate clothing: warm jackets for cold days, a hat, long-sleeved shirts for summer, and hiking shoes for trails and exploring. A sleep mask is a good idea if you’d like to sleep in. All of our curtains are energy-efficient and blackout SunZero. We want your stay to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible, so many household amenities (coffee, laundry detergents, etc.) are provided for you free of charge.
