Our home sits atop the hill with 360-degree views of the Grand Wash Cliffs &town. -Total privacy in the 14 acres of property with many trails nearby. -Sunrise & sunset, and star-filled sky at night are spectacular. - Quiet area and no nearby neighbors. -Restaurants & shops are within 5 mins drive. -Less than an hour drive to the Grand Canyon West. -South Cove, Lake Mead, and Colorado River are within 15 mins drive. -Highly recommend staying at least 2 nights. It is considered the nicest part of town. You get all the privacy, with the center of town and restaurants only five minutes away. Most of out-of-state and international guests rent a car from Las Vegas or Phoenix. There is plenty of parking for boats, RVs and off-road vehicles. No Uber or Taxi in Meadview. Meadview is a small town with a mini-market and a Family Dollar store. If you plan to cook, stock up on fresh vegetables, meat, snacks, and drinking water from either Kingman or Las Vegas. Grab a bag of ice at Family Dollar or Gas-N-Grub on your way in if you’d like to have ice with your drinks. Our fridge does not have an ice maker. Bring appropriate clothing. Sleep mask is a good idea if you’d like to sleep in. All of our curtains are energy efficient black out SunZero. We want your stay to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible, so many household amenities (coffee, laundry detergents ,etc.) are provided for you free of charge.
