Our cozy and rustic style home offers a first floor bedroom as well as a first floor, handicap accessible bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find 4 more bedrooms and another full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Enjoy our beautiful Lake Ontario Sunsets from the patio and most rooms in the house! Each room is spacious and comfortable for our guests ! We have plenty of extra blankets and all mattresses, pillows and bedding and sectional are new for our May 2023 Opening! We are so happy to open this beautifully renovated home to you! We also have a pretty cool sailboat in the backyard that guests are welcome to explore at their own risk. Please keep an eye on children on the sailboat as well as by the rock wall as it can be dangerous and right on the lake Guests have access to the entire house except a couple locked storage closets We are just a message away should you need anything and maintenance is located minutes away This is location is right off the marina in Olcott, New York. It’s located right behind Hedley Boatyard. It’s a cute, quiet and quaint little town that is visited often by fisherman and tourists alike! There are several walkable spots nearby including the beach, shops, the pier, diners and a convenience store! To leave the immediate area it is recommended by car; Ubers are hard to come by in this rural area.
