Additional costs for WLAN, gas, water and electricity consumption and car parking are included! There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other has two single beds (90x200cm each), one of the bedrooms has a TV and both have blackout windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and dry sauna. On the first floor, you will find an open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch Smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. The outdoor area has seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a free car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Whether it's balmy summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or chilly winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and natural surroundings at any time of year.
