The Pierre

Welcome to "The Pierre" a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, where you'll find all the comforts of home! Our primary bedroom features a king-size bed w/an ensuite bathroom & a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The secondary bedrooms feature queen-size beds & queen size bunk beds. The home also has a convenient workstation, and formal dining room. Cool off in our private pool. We're confident that you'll love your stay with us, and we look forward to hosting you soon! The space The primary bedroom has a King bed w/Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, 2 secondary bedrooms have Queen beds, and 4th bedroom has Queen bunk bed w/shared bathroom. No cable TV or dish, Smart TVs w/access to streaming apps (please bring your own logins). Kitchen: basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, dishes, forks, spoons provided. No additional cooking condiments provided. Outdoor Pool: Pool is cleaned once a week. Pool company does not have a set schedule and will enter the rear of home without notice. Please note when booking my home. No pool cover so leaves and outdoor bugs are inevitable; pool skimmer net provided for guest use. Parking: Guest to please park in driveway only. No street parking due to proximity of fire hydrant on property. WARNING: Local police will issue parking fine if parked on street. Landscaping: Landscaper comes once every two weeks with No set schedule and will enter the exterior of home without a notice. Please keep this in mind when booking my home. Trash Days: City has trash schedule of Tuesday and Thursdays and will empty trash bins on those days. Guest access My home has a front entrance, and two rear entrances. Lockbox with key is located on the Backdoor. Other things to note My property does have a garage apartment w/it’s own private entrance. No Garage Access to Guest. Private Driveway is dedicated for Guest Parking.
