It's your ideal base to explore the best that Sydney has to offer. The space This welcoming unit is suitable for up to 3 guests, right in the heart of Coogee and Eastern Suburbs with dazzling beaches, top restaurants, shops and fun coastal activities. Supermarkets and amenities are literally just around the corner and it's a short 30 minute bus ride to Sydney's incredible CBD and harbour. It comes with a small garage, plus a shared swimming pool with sea views. We pride ourselves on doing all we can to make our guests feel comfortable, providing everything needed for an enjoyable stay. APARTMENT - SLEEPS UP TO 3 GUESTS The apartment is bright, modern and spacious with bifold doors which open up onto generous L-shaped private courtyard. Situated on the back corner of the block ensures peace and quiet. Featuring natural sunlight and surrounded by palm trees, it has a lovely, tropical feel. The apartment is situated in a secure building, on the first floor above the garage. BEDROOM (Sleeps 2) The comfy, cosy bedroom contains a king size bed with premium Emma topper, plus different types of pillows to ensure you get a dreamy, restful night's sleep. New block-out curtains have been installed so you can sleep in as late as you like, along with a transparent blind to let the light in during the day while retaining privacy. We have installed a flat screen TV in the corner for you to enjoy your favourite shows while snuggled in bed. Plus there is a ceiling fan with light to use during the summer months. There is also a large wardrobe to store your clothes and suitcases. Inside you'll find a clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron, beach and rain umbrellas, and cleaning gear. In addition, there's a plush armchair with work desk - perfect if you need a quiet space to tap away on your laptop, as well as unlimited WIFI. LIVING ROOM (Sleeps 1-2) The spacious living room is naturally bright and sunny and contains a large comfy sofa which converts to a queen bed, a large workspace table which doubles as a dining table, plus a 50" Hisense Smart TV with Amazon Firestick and Netflix. The queen sofa bed is a bit shorter than a standard queen mattress measuring 150cm wide x 170cm long. Fresh linen, pillows and a quilt will be provided on request. There is also a reverse cycle air conditioner which keeps the whole unit toasty warm in winter, and refreshingly cool in summer. KITCHEN Adjoining the living room, is a bright, modern kitchen. You'll love using our quality appliances, including glass kettle, quality toaster, coffee pod machine, milk frother, glass blender, and Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials you'll normally have at home, including basic items like salt, pepper, cooking oil and sugar, amongst other things. BATHROOM The bathroom is lovely and modern with floor to ceiling tiles, a bathtub, large mirrors and a hand bidet next to the toilet. It also contains a clothers washer and separate dryer tucked neatly away in the laundry cupboard, with wash powder and stain remover provided. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bath towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer and straightener are also provided for your convenience and comfort. PARKING For those who will be driving, there is a private garage located under the unit. NOTE: it is considered “small” by those who are unaccustomised to inner Sydney parking. For larger cars, there is street parking available. Some of this is free and unlimited, other spots are for 2 hours only, so please be aware of parking signs. You may have to search for a spot within a 2 block radius as Coogee is a very poplular suburb. LOCATION Coogee is one of Australia's most loved seaside ‘Aussie towns’. It is a year round, popular holiday destination for Australian locals and tourists alike, plus only a beautiful coastal walk away from the world famous Bondi beach. Coogee beach is well known for its soft sands, tranquil blue waters, ocean pools, calm surf, seaside parklands and natural rock pools. The Coogee to Bondi (or Bondi to Coogee) walking trail is one of the most breath-taking coastal walks in the whole of Australia. The dazzling ocean views and cliff-side trails are unforgettable. Throw on top, all the vibrant Coogee cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, and you have a perfect beach setting and holiday spot! :-) Other things to note The garage is very small, so larger cars may not fit. The dimensions of the garage are 242cm wide x 460cm long x 190cm high. Parking in front of the garage or anywhere else around the communal areas (near the pool, etc) is not permitted due to strict strata regulations. If your car is too big for the garage, you can try backing it in far enough to allow you to get out of the driver side door. There is some free street parking but it is limited.
