The space Close to the Lakes of the Orient Forest, 25 minutes from Troyes and factory outlets, come and discover this charming house full of character (stones on the ground, solid wood floors) with large spaces. The renovation was designed to best respect ecology and the environment. The outdoors will ensure you have pleasant moments with friends and family. A private heated swimming pool (maximum 28 degrees and depending on outdoor temperature) will be available from June to September (depending on weather), (dimensions 8 m x 4 m and depth 1.45 m). On the ground floor, you will have a spacious living room with a living room, dining/billiard area, foosball, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a separate toilet. On the night side, the house offers two master bedrooms (160 x 200 beds) each with its own television, private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and terrace access.
