Hershey Adventure Awaits! Hang out and relax in the awesome outdoor space featuring a large private saltwater inground pool available May-Sept, plenty of outdoor seating options, sunroom, and large fenced in backyard which is perfect for yard games. This newly remodeled 1,700 sq ft ranch home comfortable accommodates 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining areas have seating for all. The maximum occupancy for Hershey Adventure is 12 people. The outdoor pool is saltwater and ranges from 3 feet deep to 8 feet deep. It will be available from May through end of September (weather permitting). The outdoor seating areas will be available April through October. The large fenced in yard is perfect for yard games such as cornhole and Kan Jam. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV, board games, books, and card games. The Park bedroom has a seating area which includes a 55 inch smart TV, foosball coffee table, and Nintendo Wii gaming system with rockband. The kitchen is fully stocked with a large variety of pots and pans, dishware, coffee pot and keurig (k-cups & coffee not provided), toaster, waffle maker, electric griddle, crockpot, and blender. Each bedroom has its own TV and linens are included. You will need to bring your own towels (bath & pool) but bed linens are provided. Towels can be rented for an additional $125. Other amenities include wifi, central AC and ceiling fans, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryers, and clothes iron. You will need to bring your own toiletries, food and beverages. If you are willing to treat our home and neighborhood with care and respect than we would love to host you! Will have access to the entire house and yard. During the warmer months, will also have access to the pool, and pool/game shed. The rear yard shed, garage, basement, and 1 closet are locked and cannot be accessed. Trevor + Heidi live nearby and are always available via message, phone call or text. The home is located in a rural development on an acre lot. There are neighbors on both sides and across the street but no houses along the back of the property. Streets are wide and lightly traveled so they are great for walking, running, or biking along. The neighborhood is close to all area attractions and highways but yet is far enough away to be quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Please note there is a sportsmen's club nearby the house (almost a mile away) so you may hear shooting of targets off in the distance during the day but not at night. Will need a vehicle to travel to and from the property as public transportation is not available though ride share is. There is enough parking in the driveway to comfortably fit 4 cars. If needed, there is a second access driveway on the side of lot that can also be used for overflow parking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. EST daily. The pool is swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and the pool cannot be used from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. The house sits on acre and we do have neighbors. While the house offers a fun and relaxing environment, please be mindful of your noise outside especially in the evenings and do not venture on to others’ properties. Not everyone who lives in the area are on vacation so please respect the house rules and neighboring properties.
