The space This property is one bedroom featuring a fully-equipped kitchen with tons of accessories, a peaceful balcony, full bathroom with lots of counter space, cozy robes, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a smart TV. There is a stand-by whole house generator to ensure you have uninterrupted power supply. The unit can host up to 4 guests (bedroom has a queen bed and the pull out sofa is a Double bed to accommodate one adult or two child) Guest access Prior to your arrival, you will receive a personalized 4-digit access code for the front door access to your apartment. The place can only accommodate parking for ONE vehicle on the driveway. Please park in your dedicated driveway space directly in front of your unit. Please DO NOT: 1) block any of the garage doors as the drive is actively being used AND 2) please do not park on the street between 4pm-10pm Wed-Sun - the police and neighbors enforce this strictly and your vehicle will be towed at your own expense! NOTE: the actual address to get to the driveway and your private access to your apartment is behind the main house. Due to new AirBnB and Houston regulations, I had to register my main house address for the listing. Your actual property address will be shared when you are notified by AirBnB for check-in instructions. Other things to note Unfortunately, it’s a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Please respect this for all of our guests enjoyment of the property. Central to some of the best Houston has to offer, you'll be minutes from the other popular areas in the city, while also having tons to do within walking distance. Some of our favorite walkable restaurants/food areas: Trattoria Sofia at the end of the block, Torchy's Tacos and Jinya Ramen on historic 19th street, famous Loro (only a few steps away), Crawfish Cafe, Heights Bier Garten, Da Gama Portugese-Indian fusion in the MKT, Kin Dee Thai, Postinos, Pinkertons Texas BBQ, Jeni's ice cream, endless list of bubble tea hangout places, and many, many more! Walkable Shopping: Shops line the street on 19th (8 blocks), Heights Blvd (~6 blocks), MKT (5 blocks). Local Markets: every second and fourth Sunday at Heights Merchantile (10 min walk) from 9am-1pm. Sunset Market on the third Thursday of each month from 6pm-9pm. to check them out online - timings may change sometimes!
