The leased units are owned by the owners. When booking, the guest agrees to the condominium's rules of use, and is responsible for any loss or damage they cause to the property or to other people. Guest access All guests can access the hotel's common areas, toy library, game room, sauna, fitness center, lounge, and swimming pools. Other things to note It is necessary to send personal documents of the person responsible for the rental to complete the reservation and release the check-in. They are: RG, CPF, date of birth, and email. For children under 18 years of age, it is MANDATORY to present the ID or birth certificate; and if they are NOT accompanied by their parents, it is ESSENTIAL to have their authorization, with a notarized signature, and a copy of the ID, according to current legislation: Article 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents contains the restriction regarding the accommodation of children or adolescents, in the following terms: Art. 82. It is forbidden to host a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, guesthouse or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by the parents or guardian. Article 250 of the ECA provides for the sanction of establishments that do not comply with the law: Article 250. Hosting a child or adolescent, unaccompanied by their parents or guardian or without their written authorization, or that of the judicial authority, in a hotel, boarding house, motel or similar: Penalty – fine; in case of recurrence, the judicial authority may determine the closure of the establishment for up to fifteen days; if recurrence is proven in less than 30 (thirty) days, the establishment will be definitively closed and its license will be revoked.
